- Log in or sign up to Croissant with your Google account and begin shopping on one of our eligible brands and retailers.
- Receive Guaranteed Buyback™ options wherever they're available in your online shopping journey.
- See the total Guaranteed Buyback™ value of your cart before you check out, so you can make the most informed purchases.
- After you check out, go to your Croissant account to see new Guaranteed Buybacks™ in your Collection!

What if Croissant doesn't support my favorite brand or retailer?If your favorite brand is not supported by the Croissant Chrome extension, be sure to "Request Merchant" so that we can work to add it to our list of partners. And, in the meantime, sync your Gmail to Croissant to receive Guaranteed Buybacks™ for any Croissant-eligible items from that brand after purchasing.

You can receive buybacks for your items in the following ways:
Before you buy, you can shop with Croissant, accessing Guaranteed Buybacks™
- By activating the Croissant Chrome extension at merchants like Nordstrom and Lululemon
- By activating Croissant on the product page of partner merchants, such as The Webster and Favorite Daughter
After you buy, you can receive buybacks in the Croissant app by syncing your Gmail.
If you decide to sell your item, simply send it to Croissant in gently used condition. We will pay you within 5-7 days of receiving the item at our warehouse. We will handle the entire sale process for your item so you can get new funds to power your next purchase.
To sell with Croissant, log into your Collection and click "Sell" on one or multiple items that are in gently used condition. Choose from our free shipping options: USPS (packaging required) or UPS (no packaging required), then proceed to finalize your sale. Simply present the QR code or printed label when you drop off your item(s), then leave the rest to us.
Once we receive and verify the quality of your item(s) at our warehouse, you'll either
- Receive your funds for Guaranteed Buyback™ items in 5-7 days, or
- Receive your funds for estimated value items after we sell the items, usually within 30 days.
When you sell an item with a Guaranteed Buyback™, you will be compensated within 5-7 days of our warehouse receiving your item, after we verify it is in gently used condition.
For cash Guaranteed Buybacks, we will disburse funds from your sale directly to your Croissant Wallet. You can access your Croissant Wallet in the Profile section of your Croissant account and withdraw the funds via a linked Venmo or PayPal account.
For store credit Guaranteed Buybacks, we will send you an email containing a virtual gift card code to that store. Shop like normal and redeem your balance at checkout.
For estimated value items, you will be paid after we sell the item on the secondhand market, typically within 30 days. Your funds will be visible in your Croissant Wallet for easy access and withdrawal.
Basic Item Information
In order to provide Guaranteed Buyback™ Values, we collect basic item information: price, brand, item name, color, and merchant. The Croissant Browser Extension only collects data for sites on our list of supported merchants, and therefore we do not collect shopping or browsing data from sites that are not our supported merchants.
Product Improvements
We collect limited information around how you interact with the Chrome Extension in order to make sure everything is working correctly, and inform how to best improve our extension.
Profile Information
In order to create your Croissant account, you may choose to share some basic information such as your name, address, and email. We use this information to help you sell your items back to Croissant when you choose. This is used to associate your other profile data with your account, such as clothing sizing and item information, and generally make your experience using Croissant easier.
Croissant does not sell any of your personal information to anyone. Affiliate links make it possible to offer our services to you at no charge. Your data is not for sale—we keep your data private at every stage in the browsing process.
