How does Croissant work?

Croissant seamlessly integrates into merchants’ existing shopping experiences, offering you a guaranteed buyback value at checkout.

You can also receive guaranteed buybacks for eligible items by adding previous purchases to your account.

Then, when you’re ready, you can sell your items for new funds to power your next purchase.

How do I get guaranteed buybacks for my eligible purchases?

There are two ways to build your Croissant collection and get guaranteed buyback values for your purchases:

1. Opting in to Croissant when shopping with our merchant partners
2. Forwarding recent purchase receipts from other retailers to imports@croissant.com

What kind of items are accepted at Croissant?

Croissant typically accepts higher value, easy to ship fashion items - think clothing, handbags, and accessories.

As a rule of thumb, you can expect that Croissant will accept purchases that retail for around $50 and up.

Please do not submit the following items:
- Items purchased for more than $5,000
- Items that aren’t resellable (underwear, lingerie, socks, etc.)

What are the conditions of my guarantee?

Your guaranteed buyback value will be valid for anytime between 3-12 months and for items in “very good” condition (no visible damage and unaltered).

If your guarantee has expired or we find your item is in less than “very good” condition, no worries! At your discretion, Croissant will still sell the item for you at the best possible price we can find in the market.
